Getting Started

Your first hour on DivineX.

1. Pick your game mode

You choose once, and it sets your XP rate permanently. Slower modes get a bigger drop rate bonus in exchange - see Game Modes. If you are not sure, take the middle option; the fastest mode gets no drop bonus at all.

2. Learn three commands

::home::commands::wiki

The teleport menu is how you reach essentially every monster on this wiki, and it previews each one's drops. Open it from the portal at home - the ::teleports command itself is restricted to Divine Donator and above, but the portal is open to everyone.

3. Set a bank PIN

::setpin. Do it before you own anything worth losing, not after.

4. Start earning

::vote - free rewards, repeatable.
::daily - daily login reward.
::task - a Slayer task, the most reliable early income.
::drops - look up what anything drops before you go and fight it.

5. Then what

Work up the Bestiary by combat level. The teleport menu marks everything Easy, Medium or Hard, and that ordering is a good guide to what you are ready for.
